This Privacy Policy describes how Benandliva OÜ ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the mobile application "Sticker World" (the "App").

Sticker World is a simple, child-friendly, offline creative application where users can drag and drop stickers to play and create scenes. The App is designed with privacy in mind. It is either free or offered as a one-time purchase, after which it can be used forever. There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no login or sign-up required.

1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, process, or share any personal data or usage data from users of Sticker World.

• No registration or account is required.
• No personal information (such as name, email address, location, or identifiers) is collected.
• No analytics or tracking tools are used.
• No advertising networks are integrated.
• No user-generated content is uploaded to any server.

All activity happens entirely on the user's device.

2. Offline Use

Sticker World is designed to work fully offline. The App does not require an internet connection to function, and it does not communicate with any external servers or online services.

3. Free or One-Time Purchase - Own It Forever

Sticker World may be offered as a free app or as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store.

If purchased, the App is paid once, and the user owns the right to use it indefinitely ("buy once, own it forever"), subject only to Google Play's terms and device compatibility.

The App contains:

• No third-party advertisements.
• No in-app purchases.
• No subscriptions or recurring payments.

4. Children's Privacy

Sticker World is designed for young children. We take children's privacy very seriously. As stated above, the App does not collect any personal data from children or adults.

Because we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or any other age defined by local law).

If you believe that we may have accidentally received any personal information from a child through any other channel (for example, via email), please contact us at contact@benandliva.com, and we will promptly delete it.

5. Purchases via Google Play

Any purchase of Sticker World is processed directly by the Google Play Store. We do not receive access to your full payment details (such as credit card numbers) or other sensitive billing information.
