This Privacy Policy describes how Benandliva OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the mobile application “OffTrack” (the “App”).

OffTrack is an offline-first application. The App is designed to work without requiring an internet connection, and all user data is stored only locally on your device.

1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, process, track, sell, or share any personal data or usage data from users of OffTrack.

No registration or account is required.
No personal information, such as name, email address, location, or contacts, is collected.
No analytics tools are integrated.
No advertising networks are integrated.
No tracking technologies are used.
No user-generated content is uploaded to our servers.

2. Offline-First Use

OffTrack is designed to work offline first. The App does not require an internet connection for its core functionality and does not communicate with our servers to store or process your data.

3. Local Data Storage

Any information you enter into OffTrack is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.

Because your data stays on your device, deleting the App or clearing the App’s local data may permanently delete your stored information, unless your device operating system or backup settings provide a separate backup.

4. No Tracking or Analytics

OffTrack does not track how you use the App. We do not collect usage statistics, crash analytics, behavioral data, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.

5. No Ads or Third-Party Data Sharing

OffTrack does not contain third-party advertisements and does not share user data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

OffTrack does not integrate third-party SDKs or services that collect personal or usage data. The App does not send your information to external services operated by us or by third parties.

7. Data Security

Since OffTrack stores data only on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device, operating system, and device backup settings.

We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, biometric lock, or other security features provided by your device.

8. Children’s Privacy

OffTrack does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Because the App does not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or any other age defined by local law.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in legal requirements or in the App itself. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
