This Privacy Policy describes how Benandliva OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the mobile application “Baby Canvas” (the “App”).

Baby Canvas is a simple, offline drawing and play application designed for children. The App is purchased once and can then be used forever. There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no login or sign-up required.

1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, process, or share any personal data or usage data from users of Baby Canvas.

• No registration or account is required.
• No personal information (such as name, email address, location, etc.) is collected.
• No analytics tools are integrated.
• No advertising networks are integrated.
• No user-generated content is uploaded to any server.

2. Offline Use

Baby Canvas is designed to work fully offline. The App does not require an internet connection to function, and it does not communicate with any external servers or online services.

3. One-Time Purchase, No Ads

Baby Canvas is offered as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store. Once purchased, the user owns the right to use the App indefinitely (subject to Google Play’s own terms and device compatibility).

The App contains:

• No third-party advertisements.
• No in-app purchases.
• No subscription or recurring payments.

4. Children’s Privacy

Baby Canvas is specifically designed for young children. We take children’s privacy very seriously. As stated above, the App does not collect any personal data from children or adults.

Because we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or any other age defined by local law).

If you believe that we might have accidentally received any personal information from a child through any other channel (for example, via email), please contact us at contact@benandliva.com, and we will promptly delete it.

5. Purchases via Google Play

The purchase of Baby Canvas is processed by the Google Play Store. We do not receive access to your full payment details (such as full credit card number) or other sensitive billing information.

6. Third-Party Services

Baby Canvas does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services that collect personal or usage data. The App does not share any information with third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in legal requirements or in the App itself. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
